Shipping Policy

GINP products are made to order with care. Production and delivery happen in two separate stages, so the estimates below include both.

Processing and production

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days after they are submitted for fulfillment. Production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when a product is temporarily unavailable. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery times

After production, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 2–5 business days. International standard delivery typically takes 10–30 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and the delivery estimate shown at checkout or in your tracking information should be treated as the most current estimate for your order.

Shipping rates

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items in your cart and the delivery address.

Multiple packages

Items may be produced by different fulfillment partners. If so, one order may arrive in more than one package and on different days. You will not be charged again simply because an order ships separately.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take several business days to update after a carrier first receives a package.

Address changes

Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email girl.itsnotpersonal@gmail.com immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee an address change after production has begun.

International orders

International availability depends on the product and destination shown at checkout. The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees assessed by the destination country.

Delays, lost packages, and delivery issues

Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other events outside our control can affect delivery. If tracking shows a delivery problem, or if your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly at girl.itsnotpersonal@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and help determine the appropriate next step.
