These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Girl... It’s Not Personal (“GINP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) online store and your purchase of products from us. By visiting our store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order. You may not use our store or products for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose; interfere with store security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy the store in violation of law; or infringe the rights of GINP or any third party.

2. Store information and product presentation

We work to present product descriptions, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and the made-to-order production process can create small differences in color, placement, or appearance. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an affected order. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund for the canceled amount.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, fulfillment limitations, or violations of these Terms. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. You represent that the billing, payment, contact, and shipping information you provide is current, complete, and accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Made-to-order products

Our products are generally created after an order is placed. Production timing, cancellations, order changes, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Title and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law. Customers are responsible for providing a deliverable address and for any duties or import charges described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The GINP name, Girl... It’s Not Personal name and marks, heart signature, original designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and other store content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No purchase transfers ownership of our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

7. Third-party services and links

Our store may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment, fulfillment, delivery, analytics, and social platforms. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory laws of your place of residence apply.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and the policies referenced here form the entire agreement between you and GINP concerning the online store, except for rights that cannot legally be waived.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the store after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
